Hello Jim! A joint is just a method to smoke the bud. The weed could have CBD or not it depends on the strain you have. A quick Google search will tell you everything you need to know about the strain also Leafly is a good place to find good medical information on a strain. If the joint/container says 0% CBD on it then there is no CBD in it.
