Well, someone give me a suggestion to leave the smoking.
She gave me a plan to keep our body fit and healthy;
Do exercise daily.
Get out of the house for a walk.
Drink lots of water.
Chew gum or hard candy for sometimes, not regular.
Relax with in-time sleep.
Watch movies to fresh up.
Most importantly, spend time with your non-smoking friends and family.
Now, I’m puzzled to decide a quit decision.
