Can regular weed or medical weed. help seizures go away ? its a malfunction in the brain that just needs meds to fix on a daily basis

There is no difference between regular weed and medical weed, except that when it's being sold legally, somebody's checking that what you're getting is actually weed.

There is no evidence in humans that any weed prevents seizures. There is evidence that continual use of cannabinoids (a part of marijuana) prevents seizures in epileptic animals.

Weed should definitely not be used while a person is in the middle of a seizure.

Medical marijuana expected a lot of awareness a few years ago when parents said that a particular form of the drug helped control seizures in their children.
Recently the FDA allowed Epidiolex, which is made from CBD, as a seizures therapy for people with very severe or hard-to-treat seizures.
In research, some people had a remarkable drop in seizures after taking this drug.
