Big Tobacco may jump in if it's legalized everywhere

The big thing I worry about when it comes to Marijuana becoming legal everywhere, is that companies like big tobacco will try to jump into it and mass produce it just like tobacco. It worries me that they will in turn regulate it to where most people won't be able to grow it in their homes. I have fear that prices will skyrocket everywhere.

What are your worries with marijuana being legal? I want it for sure, but I do worry about what could become of it after it's fully legal.
No doubt it’s a sensitive matter for Parents and Teens too. Legalization is necessary only due to its several effective health benefits.
And now its State's responsibility to control tobacco companies doesn’t take extra advantage of this relaxation.

About marijuana legalization, you were too uncomfortable to ask anything. Ten years ago, no state had legalized marijuana.
At the moment, more than half of the US people live in a legal marijuana state.

Some states that have legally recognized have also made the change successfully retroactive, finishing criminal records for past marijuana crimes. For example, in California, it’s possible to petition a court to get small crimes abolished from the record and high-level crimes diminished.

Last days in Illinois, the state government is suddenly pardoning and eliminate past offenses.
